“The City Council Authorizes Ferguson Waterworks to proactively replace all remaining R450 radios and non-Neptune residential water meters within the timeframe remaining in the current Agreement, including all duties needed to administer the replacement program.”
Approval requires a Simple Majority Vote of members present. |

Based on discussions held at the Council workshop earlier this evening, the City Council is asked to consider approving a Resolution to authorize Ferguson Waterworks to complete the water meter replacement program identified in the April 13, 2020 Settlement Agreement. |
