PROPOSED MOTION

“The City Council Adopts a Resolution Approving the Agreement for Carver County Conveyance of Real Property Located Within City of Chanhassen for Public Use as Recreational Trail for Off-Road Bikes.”

 

Approval requires a Simple Majority Vote of members present.

SUMMARY

Carver County is conveying real property to the City of Chanhassen as defined in the attached agreement as part of the mountain bike trail project located within right-of-way property along Highway 212 across from Pioneer Ridge Middle School.

RECOMMENDATION

“The City Council Adopts a Resolution Approving the Agreement for Carver County Conveyance of Real Property Located Within City of Chanhassen for Public Use as Recreational Trail for Off-Road Bikes.”
